This property is in the middle of where many want to be, close to shops, restaurants, subway and close enough to the high line to make it a daily destination. The unit is pretty spacious (for a NYC apartment) and functional. The kitchen is well appointed- dishwasher! Plus all the glasses and dishes you could possibly need). And has something most don’t a large, private outdoor area perfect for eating dinner.

We had a beautiful and peaceful stay. The host was very responsive, proactive, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire trip, which made us feel right at home. The property was relaxing, comfortable, and perfect for getting away from the busy everyday life to simply sit back, unwind, and enjoy some peace and quiet. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and relaxing getaway.

Great location and building, everything you could need was nearby. Plenty of room for a month for two people and was exceptionally clean. We will stay again. Also very quiet depite being in the heart of the city.

Spacious apartment in great location allowing you to walk to plenty of excellent restaurants and bars. Plus Central Park and high line are both walkable . Subway / bus also not far. Host was very attentive when we needed assistance. No noise in the apartment and very little from the streets. Comfortable sofa with lovely sun spot. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place, the backyard and pool were amazing. Right size for our group of 7 (more if younger kids are in the mix). Well equipped kitchen, nice furniture, plenty towels. Some minor things are that the keypad was not working (ZGB presented us with solution before we even arrived), one blind didn't roll up, closet door was jammed (husband quickly fixed last both), pool light came on half-way through our stay, and one of the bedroom closets was used as storage with no shelving or hangers. Gave it 5-Stars as this couldn't take away from my family really enjoying our time.

Looks just like the pictures! Absolutely stunning, both inside and outside. We were four adults and four kids under 5, and felt like we had more than enough space. We had a few small issues - with check in, the bathtub drain was broken, etc - but the host was responsive and quickly remedied the issues. The immediate surrounding area is ok, nothing special, but you’re about 20 minutes away from Bal Harbour beach (quiet and gorgeous!) and 40 minutes from downtown Miami. And honestly, no need to leave this property anyway! Would recommend to anyone.

The backyard was absolutely incredible - perfect for relaxing, enjoying the view, and spending time together. It really made the whole experience feel special. The home was the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever rented, comfortable, and had everything we needed. You can tell a lot of care goes into hosting here. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for something both beautiful and memorable.
